My new adventure

Published On: September 1, 2026

Friends, I’m taking a break from my devotions this week to share a new adventure I’m embarking on.

After much advice from friends and coaches, deep thought, months of prayer, and the sale of my company, I feel that the Lord is beckoning me to walk through a door that’s been slowly opening for quite some time.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be pouring into leaders one-on-one as a leadership coach and book coach. Though I feel like a startup entrepreneur again, I’ve been doing advisory work informally for years, whether as a board member, CEO, or en masse with the readers of BiblicalLeadership.com and my books.

I’m specifically looking to work with four types of leaders:

1.  New leaders and entrepreneurs – Having been a startup founder and CEO myself for the past 30 years, I can help with strategy, culture, AI, mission, staff issues and everything that comes with owning a business.

2.  Leaders who have experienced loss or failure – Grief, fear and uncertainty can remain hidden behind a strong leader’s façade but still create inner turmoil. I have personal experience with this and want to help others who are going through their own dark times.

3.  Leaders under pressure – Most leaders deal with varying levels of stress, whether it’s job performance, challenges at home, marriage issues, conflict at work, physical limitations or illness. Sometimes a strategic outsider can help navigate through it all.

4.  Leaders and coaches who want to write a book – After writing five of my own books, launching a publishing imprint, and running a digital media company, I’ve started working with CEOs, other executive coaches and senior pastors who have stories to tell.

As I move into this new phase of my career, I’m excited to see how the Lord might use me to help others. If you or anyone you know fits into one of the four categories above, feel free to visit my site for more information: https://biblicalleadership.com/coaching
