For more than 15 years, Tom Harper has worked at the intersection of biblical wisdom and real-world leadership. “For many years I struggled to lead in a difficult environment,” he writes. “My colleagues seemed to thrive on conflict. I tried to be a servant, but I couldn’t compete with their charisma and intensity.”

That struggle became a calling. Tom spent three years searching the Bible for answers — on authority, conflict, boldness, and servanthood — and what he discovered changed how he leads. It’s what BiblicalLeadership.com is built on.

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Tom is also an author of five books on leadership and faith. Tom attends Southeast Christian Church with his wife and three children. He believes that biblical leadership principles work everywhere leaders serve — not just in the church, but in business, education, government, and beyond.
