Every church needs a crisis communication plan to get leadership on the same page before a negative story is even written.

Since all elections should be a critical decision point for everyone, the church needs to tackle our discourse as politics impacts all of our lives.

I pray, though, that I will avoid the temptation to see the various aspects of my church as a place where I can determine whether it meets my needs and gets my “like” affirmation.

In today's digital age, social media has become an invaluable tool for churches to connect with their congregation, engage with the wider community, and spread their message of faith.

As pastors, one of our primary responsibilities is communication. Whether we're delivering sermons, offering spiritual guidance, directing ministry leaders, or running church board meetings, effective communication is at the heart of our role.

Leadership is important, but I believe communication is even more important.
